Tipping
Tipping is a traditional way to express gratitude for outstanding service in Africa, the Middle East, and other regions. Although it is not required, it is genuinely appreciated. You are welcome to tip your tour guide or service staff at your discretion, but there is no obligation to do so.

To cancel your booking, please submit a written request via email or fax. Cancellation fees apply as follows: 15% of the total cost if canceled 61+ days before arrival, 25% at 60-30 days, 50% at 29-15 days, 75% at 14-7 days, and 100% within 6 days. Additional fees may apply for flights, ferries, or trains based on provider policies.
Yes! Our "Early Bird" discount offers 5% off your total tour cost if paid in full at least six months before arrival. This discount requires non-refundable prepayment and doesn’t allow date changes.
