The morning begins with a visit to the iconic Hagia Sophia, a stunning example of Byzantine architecture and one of the city’s most renowned landmarks. From there, you’ll explore the historic Topkapi Palace (closed on Tuesdays), an expansive complex of courtyards, pavilions, and gardens that once housed Ottoman sultans, located near the entrance to the Golden Horn. The tour continues to the magnificent Blue Mosque, famous for its six minarets and graceful domes. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the ancient Roman Hippodrome, once the social and sporting heart of Constantinople, where chariot races and public events took place for centuries. Your final stop will be the famous Grand Bazaar (closed on Sundays and religious holidays), where you’ll have free time to browse its countless shops and vibrant alleys. After breakfast, the day begins with a visit to the Egyptian Bazaar, also known as the Spice Bazaar, a 17th-century market in the historic Eminönü district, famous for its rich aromas and vibrant atmosphere. From there, you’ll embark on a scenic Bosphorus cruise, gliding between Europe and Asia while taking in sweeping views of elegant palaces and historic landmarks, including Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, and the imposing Rumeli Fortress.

The journey continues to the charming neighborhoods of Fener and Balat, where cobblestone streets, colorful houses, and cozy cafés create the perfect setting for exploring and photography. This picturesque area is often featured in Turkish television dramas and offers a glimpse into the country’s daily life and deep history.

Along the way, you’ll stop to view the striking St. Stephen’s Bulgarian Orthodox Church, a rare iron structure, and pass by the Church of the Orthodox Patriarchate in Balat. The day concludes at the iconic Pierre Loti Café, a peaceful spot once favored by the French writer, offering breathtaking views over the Golden Horn. Return transfer to your hotel follows.

Next, take in the sweeping views from Ortahisar Panorama, showcasing a natural stone fortress surrounded by traditional houses and mosques. The journey continues to Pasabag (Valley of the Monks), where you'll encounter the region’s iconic fairy chimneys.

After lunch at a local restaurant in Avanos, a town located on the banks of the Red River (Kızılırmak), discover some of the area's renowned Turkish handicrafts. The tour also includes visits to Devrent Valley, famous for its surreal rock formations, and the Valley of the Three Beauties, offering a scenic view over Ürgüp. Finally, enjoy a stop at Göreme Panorama for stunning views over the surrounding landscape before returning to the hotel.

After breakfast, set out for a full-day exploration of South Cappadocia. The day begins with a scenic 4-kilometer hike through the stunning Red and Pink Valleys, followed by a visit to the Valley of Love (formerly known as White Valley), known for its elegant, naturally formed fairy chimneys.

Next, descend into the ancient underground city of Serhatlı (or Özkonak), a multi-level refuge once used by early Christians during the 6th and 7th centuries for protection. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

The journey then continues to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, renowned for its rich mineral content with healing properties. This natural spa has become a popular destination for health and beauty treatments, with historical figures like Cleopatra and Queen Sheba recognizing its value. The high salt concentration allows visitors to easily float in the water. Spend the night at a hotel by the Dead Sea.

After a delightful and hearty breakfast at your hotel, your guide will take you to the Giza Plateau, where you will begin your journey by admiring one of the Seven Wonders of the World—the Great Pyramids of Giza. Explore the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Following your pyramid visit, enjoy lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant before heading to the New Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), located just 2 kilometers from the Giza pyramids. The museum is currently offering limited access to its Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, commercial area, and exterior gardens as part of a test phase ahead of the official opening. After your visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Today you will depart from Cairo and travel to the vibrant city of Aswan to continue your Egypt, Jordan and Turkey tour. Your tour manager will meet you early in the morning at your hotel and accompany you to Cairo International Airport for your flight. Upon arrival in Aswan, you will be assisted and visit the stunning Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the magnificent Unfinished Obelisk, located in the northern stone quarries of ancient Egypt. Afterward, transfer to your Nile Cruise for check-in and lunch. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon and dinner onboard.
